All menu options are designed to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible, and a simple step-by-step user’s reference guide is provided to all investigator sites. Fully customizable algorithms allow for dynamic allocation of drug supplies in complex study designs, even allowing for double-blind studies involving patient titration schemes. Part of our integrated NODES® system, BioCall has the flexibility to manage the allocation of study drugs across entire clinical development programs.

BioCall has been used in the randomization of tens of thousands of patients over thousands of sites, globally. IVRS has been deployed into over 50 countries and in excess of 30 languages.

We deploy randomization processes from simple, list driven schedules to complex cohort driven randomizations, adaptive study design and dynamic balancing.

Study Drug and Supplies Management

Meticulously configured, BioCall enables study drug, device and materials management supported by our 24/7 help desk services that reach from Russia, through UK to USA.

Complex drug supply management is our expertise. Kits are managed through our IxRS applications enabling assignment processes including resupply algorithms utilising trigger, projection and look ahead methodologies. Complex study treatment designs such as adaptive trials and dose titration studies are fully supported. Costs can be saved with “Just in time” shipping instructions. International customs regulations and delays are factored in helping us to ensure suppliers are on site on time.
