Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Truitt has 20 years of accounting and finance experience, including 10 years with high-growth, venture-capital-backed healthcare service and technology companies. Mr. Truitt was previously the chief financial officer for GTESS Corporation, a privately-held technology service provider, for U.S. Renal Care, a privately-held provider of outpatient dialysis services, and for Pathology Partners, a privately-held anatomic pathology laboratory. Before that, Mr. Truitt held senior leadership positions with two large clinical laboratories and also worked for Ernst & Young. During that span, Mr. Truitt obtained growth capital from the equity and credit markets, completed multiple acquisitions, integrations and sale and also led reimbursement and technology efforts at varying times. Mr. Truitt, a C.P.A., earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as his M.S. and B.S. degrees in accounting from the University of North Texas.
